1. Agreement and license
These Terms govern IntentArc and its official support services. Apple’s applicable App Store terms and Standard End User License Agreement also apply.
Fikir Yazılım grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use IntentArc on devices you own or control as permitted by Apple.
2. Purpose
IntentArc is a general productivity tool for timing work and reviewing self-entered focus history. It is not medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice.
3. Your data and backups
You are responsible for reviewing and exporting local data you wish to keep. Device loss, operating-system failure, app removal, and hardware failure can remove local records.
4. IntentArc Pro
IntentArc Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Apple shows the exact local price and tax before confirmation and handles billing, refunds, and Apple Account access.
5. Availability
Features such as notifications, Live Activities, StoreKit, and device motion depend on Apple hardware, settings, permissions, and operating-system behavior.
6. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, abuse, or use IntentArc unlawfully except where applicable law expressly permits.
7. Disclaimer and liability
IntentArc is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
