IntentArc does not automatically attach intentions, session history, exports, or diagnostics to a support request.
Never send information you do not want to share.
A timer did not notify me
Open IntentArc Settings and confirm Session completion alerts are enabled, then review iOS Settings > Notifications > IntentArc. Focus modes can delay or silence alerts.
A Live Activity is missing
Confirm Live Activities are enabled for IntentArc in iOS Settings. Live Activities can be unavailable because of device, system, or battery settings.
Restore IntentArc Pro
Open IntentArc Settings, choose IntentArc Pro, and use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that made the original purchase.
Export or delete data
CSV and JSON export are available in Settings. You can also delete all local focus records from Settings after a confirmation step.
