1. Scope and publisher
This policy applies to the IntentArc apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android, platform-specific extensions such as Live Activity, and official support pages. The publisher is Fikir Yazılım Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi.
2. Data stored on your device
IntentArc stores session dates, durations, outcomes, intentions, tags, presets, language, appearance, sound and notification preferences, and purchase access state using platform-provided local storage.
If you import a custom event sound, IntentArc validates it and keeps an event-specific copy in the app’s private local storage. The file is not uploaded by IntentArc.
The current version has no required IntentArc account or publisher-operated focus database.
3. Motion and notifications
On supported Apple devices, when enabled, raw device-motion values are used only while the focus screen is visible to add subtle visual depth. They are not retained or transmitted. The Android app’s subtle motion setting does not require motion-sensor data.
Notification permission is optional and requested only after an explanatory user action. Notification content contains no intention text.
4. Purchases
Apple or Google processes store purchases, refunds, and purchase history for the platform you use. IntentArc receives verified entitlement information only to unlock or restore Pro.
5. Exports and support
CSV or JSON export files are created only when you request them and are shared only through the destination you choose.
If you email support, the information you send is processed to answer your request. IntentArc does not attach app data automatically.
6. Tracking and third parties
IntentArc contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking. Fikir Yazılım does not sell focus data.
7. Retention and deletion
Local focus data remains until you delete records, delete all focus data in Settings, or remove the app. Imported sounds remain until you remove them or uninstall the app. Support correspondence is retained only as needed for the request and legal obligations.
8. Contact and changes
