1. Scope and publisher
This policy applies to the IntentArc iPhone and iPad apps, Live Activity, and official support pages. The publisher is Fikir Yazılım Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi.
2. Data stored on your device
IntentArc stores session dates, durations, outcomes, intentions, tags, presets, language, appearance, notification preference, and purchase access state using Apple platform storage.
The current version has no required IntentArc account or publisher-operated focus database.
3. Motion and notifications
When enabled, raw device-motion values are used only while the focus screen is visible to add subtle visual depth. They are not retained or transmitted.
Notification permission is optional and requested only after an explanatory user action. Notification content contains no intention text.
4. Purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases, refunds, and purchase history. IntentArc receives verified entitlement information only to unlock or restore Pro.
5. Exports and support
CSV or JSON export files are created only when you request them and are shared only through the destination you choose.
If you email support, the information you send is processed to answer your request. IntentArc does not attach app data automatically.
6. Tracking and third parties
IntentArc contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking. Fikir Yazılım does not sell focus data.
7. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete records, delete all data in Settings, or remove the app. Support correspondence is retained only as needed for the request and legal obligations.
8. Contact and changes
